4 arrested over killing of Kurdish family in southeastern Turkey, Governor says
The governor’s office announced the arrest of four people suspected of being involved in the shooting in which five people from Kurdistan Region’s Duhok province were killed in southeast Turkey’s Kurdish-majority city of Mardin on Thursday.
In a written statement, the governor’s office in Mardin announced that four people had been arrested as suspects in the incident, noting that further investigation into the shooting continued meticulously.
Earlier on Thursday, the victims of one of the families were visiting Mardin for medical treatment, when they were shot in the head inside their car. (ILKHA)
