Turkish competition watchdog launches investigation into private schools
The Turkish Competition Authority decided to launch an investigation into private schools to determine whether they violated competition law.
“After discussing the information, documents, and determinations in the preliminary inquiry at its meeting held on 10.11.2022, the Competition Board found the findings serious and sufficient, and decided to open an investigation against Saint-Joseph French High School, Saint Benoît French High School, Notre-Dame de Sion French High School, Private Saint Michel, and the Private Sainte Pulchérie French High School,” the competition board said.
