Turkish construction costs rise by 103 pct annually--TurkStat
The construction cost index increased by 103.47% annually and by 1.17% monthly, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) said in a statement.
In November 2022, the construction cost index (CCI) increased by 1.17% compared with the previous month and increased by 103.47% compared with the same month of the previous year.
The material index increased by 1.09% and the labor index increased by 1.47% compared with the previous month.
Also, the material index increased by 108.55%, and the labor index increased by 87.92% compared with the previous year.
The building construction cost index increased by 101.48% annually and by 1.23% monthly
The building construction cost index increased by 1.23% compared with the previous month and increased by 101.48% compared with the same month of the previous year.
The material index increased by 1.14% and the labor index increased by 1.52% compared with the previous month.
Also, the material index increased by 105.94%, and the labor index increased by 88.16% compared with the previous year.
The construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 110.16% annually and increased by 0.99% monthly
