Zionist forces kill Palestinian football player in Nablus
A Palestinian football player was killed and others were seriously injured during an israeli military raid into Nablus on Thursday morning.
Medical sources identified the martyr as Ahmed Atef Daraghmeh, 23, who succumbed to his critical gunshot injuries.
Since the early morning hours, the zionist occupation forces (ZOF) stormed the city accompanied by a military bulldozer to pave the way before dozens of settlers into a Youssef Tomb site in the area, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes.
According to local and media sources, four young men suffered from live shot injuries, one of them later succumbed to his serious injuries, while two others suffered from rubber bullet injuries. 19 teargas inhalation cases were also reported during the clashes.
During the raid, Israeli snipers were seen taking positions on the rooftop of some buildings overlooking Yusuf's shrine. (ILKHA)
