3 policemen killed in Jordan
Three Jordanian policemen were killed in a raid on the hideout of suspected killers of a policeman in the southern city of Maan, police said in a statement said on Monday.

The statement added that an investigation had been launched into the incident.
On Thursday, a senior policeman was killed by gunshots fired by rioters who clashed with police forces who had entered a neighborhood of the desert city of Maan to quell riots. (ILKHA)
