“President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will visit Doha on December 18, 2022, at the invitation of Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar to attend the FIFA World Cup 2022 Closing Ceremony,” the Turkish Presidency said in a statement.

The closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup 2022 will take place on Sunday the final day of action at the tournament.
