The call addressed the Türkiye-Russia relations, particularly in energy, as well as grain corridor and regional issues, including the fight against terror, the Turkish Presidency said in a statement.

Erdoğan stated that over 13 million tons of grain have been delivered to those in need as a result of joint efforts thus far and that they can also launch works for the export of other kinds of foodstuff via the grain corridor as well as some other commodity gradually.

Erdoğan expressed his sincere wish for the termination of the Russia-Ukraine war as soon as possible.

Stressing that the PKK/YPG/PYD continues its separatist activities and terrorist attacks in Syria's north targeting Türkiye, Erdoğan said that it is of importance and priority to clear terrorists off the border at least within a depth of 30 kilometers in the first stage in accordance with the 2019 Sochi Memorandum.
