Russian President to send his representative back to Kabul
The special representative of the Russian president will travel back to Kabul in the near future, Tass news agency announced.

Zamir Kabulov, the special representative of the Russian president, said in an interview with the Russian TASS news agency that he will visit Kabul soon.
