At least 150 injured in Spain train collusion
At least 150 people were slightly injured when a train collided with another at a station near Barcelona.
The trains have been travelling in the same direction and collided while one was parked at the station, according to local sources.
“The vast majority of those hurt in the collision which occurred just before 8:00 am (0700 GMT) sustained light injuries, while five were in moderate condition,” a spokeswoman for the SEM regional emergency services said.
Official said that rail traffic along the line had been suspended in both directions.
An investigation has been launched into the accident. (ILKHA)
