Turkish President Erdoğan meets with his Azerbaijani counterpart in Samarkand
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is in Samarkand for the 9th Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States, met with President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan.
