Noting that Türkiye has experienced these unspeakable tragedies in the past, and every time, emerged stronger and more united, Director of Communications Altun said:

"Every time, we have emerged stronger and more united. Every time, we have fought back. Every time, we have gone after the perpetrators relentlessly. This time will not be different. Our government under the steady leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has never shied away from pursuing and punishing terrorists wherever they may be. Even as we feel the pain of our people thoroughly on this day, we promise them attackers of the innocent will pay. The international community must pay attention. Terror attacks against our civilians are direct and indirect consequences of some countries’ support for terror groups. They must immediately cease their direct and indirect support if they want Türkiye’s friendship.
