Speaking at the graduation ceremony of the police officers in the western province of Herat, Muttaqi said that “finally the world will reach a conclusion and recognize the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan”.

The cooperation of the people with the government and the joint efforts of the security forces have made the security of Herat stable, Muttaqi noted.

Muttaqi said that the whole world is surprised that how people who were not professionals formed a system.

“The future of the country is bright and after 44 years we have an independent government, a government that defends and is supported by the people,” Muttaqi added. (ILKHA)
