Sheikh Sabri: Jerusalemites’ steadfastness will foil zionist regime’s plots
Sheikh Ekrima Sabri, the preacher of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, has described the Jerusalemites’ steadfastness as an impenetrable dam standing in face of the zionist regime’s plots to control Jerusalem and its holy sites.

In a press statement on Sunday, Sheikh Sabri said that the zionist occupation is plotting to Judaize Jerusalem by isolating it and imposing restrictions on Jerusalemite citizens in several fields, such as health and education.
"All the israeli violations have not succeeded in breaking the determination of Jerusalemites," Sheikh Sabri affirmed, adding that they continued their resistance to regain their rights despite the escalating Israeli aggressions.
Sheikh Sabri stressed that the Jewish settlers’ break-ins into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which are deliberately facilitated by tight protection of the zionist police during the Jewish holidays, aim at changing the status quo at the holy site.
He underlined that the Jerusalemites have been intensifying their presence at the Al-Aqsa to defend it against the recent settlers’ desecrations, adding that such efforts don’t absolve the Arab and Muslim nations from their responsibility in protecting the holy site. (ILKHA)
