I greet with respect and affection all my brothers and masters who are from different parts of the Islamic world!
The 7th edition of the Islamic Scholars Meeting is being held this year. I would like to thank especially ITTIHADUL ULEMA and its president Mullah Enver Kılıçarslan. May Allah be pleased with those who organized, contributed, contributed, and participated in this meeting. May Allah make this meeting auspicious and fruitful.
Your Honorable Attendance!
Such meetings are very important for identifying our problems and negotiating solutions, diagnosing our social diseases and deciding on treatment ways and methods.
Our wounds are deep. Our enemies are many and varied. Due to our negligence against the enemy and the lack of unity, our losses are also great. Poverty, ignorance, and conflicts afflict us seriously. But we have great hopes. We are not desperate and we know that we are not helpless.
Contemporary pharaohs want to establish a new world order. They aimed to destroy religions in order to establish a new human religion. They see religion as an obstacle in front of them in order to enslave the people that Allah created so that they can only serve Him. The followers of other monotheistic religions do not object to this. Islam remained the only obstacle in front of the globalists. The only conscientious objection is coming from Muslims. Therefore, global evil forces are dealing with both Muslims and Islam, and they treat them as enemies. They cannot change the book of Allah, but fraudsters disguised as scholars are trying in every way to protestantize Islam and make it a harmonious, moderate system that does not object to the new global order they want to establish. Unfortunately, they are trying to confuse the minds of Muslims with these efforts.
They are trying to distance Muslims from their beliefs, but especially from their morals. They carry out their evil projects, especially on our women and youth. Thus, they aim to separate the new generations/children of Muslim communities from Islam. They produce and place misleading signposts, and employ fake guides in order to divert our young people who are in search of the right path. They want to prevent us from thinking like Muslims, living according to Islam, and passing on our faith to our future generations.
Taking advantage of the conflicts and differences in the Islamic world, the western powers try to break up us and then make us fight each other. The inability to solve our current problems on the basis of justice causes the imperialist powers to pit some Muslims against others for their own interests by fueling the conflicts between them. The fact that our inner conflicts are left unresolved or referred to by the imperialist powers paves the way for them to settle in our lands, shed the blood of Muslims, and plunder our riches.
We, as Muslims, cannot heal this wound without keeping a distance between us and the eastern or western imperialists and establishing the law of brotherhood among us. Our troubles will not end as long as we wait for the solution of our problems and troubles to be solved by the colonialists who only think of their own interests. The imperialist powers will continue to shed the blood of Muslims, and destroy their honor and the suffering of Muslims will continue.
In order to break this vicious circle, stop the bloodshed, and prevent plunder, the law of brotherhood among Muslims should be re-established. The law of brotherhood, on the other hand, requires solving existing problems on the basis of Islamic justice and respecting legitimate rights.
So, we should take the orders and prohibitions of Islam, Allah, and His Messenger as a criterion for ourselves. We must abandon the racist policies that the West has brought between us, establish peace and justice among us and come to our senses.
Your Honorable Attendance!
This meeting is being held to exchange views on the ways and methods of solutions to our problems by evaluating the issues from a scientific point of view. Very nice messages were given via the presentations made for two days. Those who want to benefit from them will get their share. Our problems are varied.
Scholars should strive for society to remain on the middle way (wasatiyyah) both in terms of faith and deeds without falling into ifrad and tafrid (extremes on both sides of the equilibrium). Discussions on scientific issues should be held in scientific councils, and should not be fueled by contentious issues that the common people cannot understand from TV programs or social media platforms.
Islamic scholars should be concerned not only with the religious issues of the society in which they live but also with the social, moral, economic, political, and cultural issues. Especially on political and social issues, scholars should take a principled stance without being afraid of criticism. They should guide society so Muslims can solve their problems by talking among themselves, not by referring them to the imperialists.
As Sheikh Zahid al-Haznavi said yesterday, the colonists seem to have withdrawn, but they are among us with their ideas, laws, and customs. Again, as the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Mawlawi Zabiullah Mujahid said 'immorality is pouring down everywhere like rain'. The foreign forces working to destroy society try to carry out their projects, especially on women and youth. By seeing this truth, precautions should be taken and moral corruption should be prevented through a serious education campaign. In particular, moral corruption should be prevented by raising our young people with sound knowledge and good morals. Madrasahs and scholars should take more responsibility in this regard.
We should establish today's Nizamiye Madrasahs and send our smartest children to these institutions to train them in natural and social sciences. Without neglecting the traditional structure of our madrasahs, but taking into account the needs of today's people, the education centers, where religious and social sciences will be taught together, should be established to educate a generation that will lead the society.
We must learn and revive the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH). We should not neglect the divine laws of Allah and the Sunnatullah (the immutable constants of Allah's system). Along with our madrasahs, each of our foundations, parties, and other institutions should also turn into a school and raise experts and sincere pioneers in their own fields. These pioneers will hold the hand of the Ummah and raise it up, insha'Allah.
We have to start with ourselves to change. We must first start with cleansing our own souls. The unity of Islamic scholars and the alliance of the rulers and politicians are the key to the unity of the Ummah.
Muslims are waiting for scholars who will raise them up and lead them to the right goal. The oppressed are waiting for a friendly hand to reach them, namely Muslims who have united.
The USA is the last country to be expelled from Afghanistan, which deserves the title of the cemetery of empires. I congratulate once again our Afghan brothers on their victory. This victory came as a result of patience and is the grace of Allah. Islamic countries are reluctant and timid to officially recognize the new administration. We need to ponder over the following statement of Mawlawi Zabiullah Mujahid. ‘As Sheikh Heibatullah said, the problem of the imperialists is not with us, but with Islam. Therefore, they do not recognize the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan,’ Mujahid said yesterday. Yes, imperialist powers have problems with Islam. So, what happens to the rulers of Islamic countries? From here, I call on once again the rulers of Islamic countries to hold the hand of their brothers in Afghanistan, to develop their political, economic, cultural, and military relations with them.
Finally, I would like to thank the Ittihadul Ulema, who organized this meeting, and its honorable President, Ustad Enver Kılıçarslan, and all the participants from Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Iran, Iraq, and Kurdistan.
I pray to my Lord that the 7th meeting of the ulama will lead to goodness and unity of the ummah.
May Allah increase the knowledge of our politicians and rulers, the political foresight of our scholars, and the sincerity and diligence of all of us.
May the Peace, Mercy, and Blessing of Allah be Upon You. (ILKHA)
