Turkish delegation led by Defense Minister Akar leaves for United Kingdom
A Turkish delegation led by Defense Minister Hulusi Akar has left for the United Kingdom to discuss regional and bilateral issues, the Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
“During the visit of National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, who went to the UK at the official invitation of British Defense Minister Ben Wallace, two sides will exchange views on bilateral and regional defense and security, as well as cooperation in the defense industry,” the Ministry said.
“The Minister of National Defense Akar, who is planned to hold talks with some defense industry companies, is accompanied by a technical committee consisting of civil and military personnel who are experts in defense and security issues,” the Ministry added. (ILKHA)
