Addressing AK Party’s Parliamentary Group Meeting, President Erdoğan said: “We have maintained our growth while the global economic crisis shook even the developed countries. We have ranked high in the world with our growth rates of 11 percent in 2021 and 7.5 percent in the first half of 2022.”

Wishing success to members of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye in the new legislative year, President Erdoğan said: “We are building the great and powerful Türkiye brick by brick just like we promised to our nation. We are spending every moment of our day, every day of our week, month and year working with great love, enthusiasm, resolve and determination. Just like we have introduced a century’s worth of works and services in our country in the past 20 years, we will, inshallah, build the ‘Century of Türkiye’ with our nation in the period ahead.”

“We will reach a distinguished place in 2023”

Recalling that he shared the first signal of his vision for the future under the title of the ‘Century of Türkiye’ during his address to the parliament at the opening of the new legislative year, Erdoğan said: “We are spending all our time and energy on leaving our children a great, powerful and prosperous Türkiye.”

“We will, inshallah, reach a distinguished place in 2023 with the grand projects we will inaugurate, and with the atmosphere to be created by the vision we will lay before our nation,” Erdoğan underscored, and further commented: “We are delivering phase by phase on our promises to not allow any of our citizens to be crushed by inflation, and to make up for the welfare loss of every single person.”

“We have been disabling one by one the tools and mechanisms, used for economic attacks against Türkiye,” Erdoğan said. “We have turned this nuisance into an opportunity for transformation. In this spirit, the pandemic broke out but we did not stop producing. A war broke out but we did not take our feet off the gas.”

“We have maintained our growth while the global economic crisis shook even the developed countries. We have ranked high in the world with our growth rates of 11 percent in 2021 and 7.5 percent in the first half of 2022,” Erdoğan said. (ILKHA)
