Russian army shelled the civilian humanitarian convoy in Zaporizhzhia, killing at least 23 civilians and injuring 28 others.

“The enemy launched a rocket attack on a civilian humanitarian convoy on the way out of the regional center. So far, 23 dead and 28 wounded are known. All civilians, our compatriots,” Zaporizhzhia Oblast Governor Oleksandr Starukh said in a statement on Facebook.
