Zionist forces injure six Palestinians injured in Silwan
At least five Palestinian suffered teargas inhalations, while another was injured by rubber-coated metal bullets when clashes erupted in Silwan town in Occupied Jerusalem on Tuesday evening.
Eyewitnesses reported that zionist police forces stormed the Batn Al-Hawa neighborhood in the town, and heavily fired teargas and sound bombs and rubber-coated metal bullets at local houses.
The zionist occupation army regularly conducts raids, search and arrest operations in Palestinian towns across the occupied West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem, which have intensified this year with Palestinians arrested on a near-daily basis.
Since Monday, the so-called Jewish temple mount groups have been breaking into the Al-Aqsa Mosque in massive numbers and performed provocative practices in its courtyards at the onset of celebrations of the new Hebrew year. The raids are set to continue until next October. (ILKHA)
