IEA committed to cooperate with international agencies on providing services to Afghans
Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the Deputy of Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, has met with the representative of World Health Organization in Kabul.
During a meeting, WHO representative in Afghanistan, Dr. Hamed Jafari, shared details about the organization mission, noting that 80 percent of the people of Afghanistan are covered by the services of the World Health Organization.
He said that the World Health Organization is striving to attract more international health aid to Afghanistan.
For his part, Kabir thanked the organization, and said: “The Islamic Emirate follows common spirit and sends the message to international organizations that every agency can provide services in Afghanistan and there will always be a spirit of cooperation between international organizations and the Islamic Emirate.”
Kabir also stressed that “the Islamic Emirate supports transparency and cooperates with all international agencies in providing services to Afghans.” (ILKHA)
