Hamas lauds Chilean president’s refusal to receive zionist envoy
Hamas Movement has hailed Chilean President Gabriel Boric for refusing to receive the credentials of the Israeli ambassador to the country.
Hamas spokesperson Jihad Taha expressed appreciation, in a statement on Friday, for the Chilean president’s decision that he took in protest at the zionist occupation army’s killing of Palestinian children in Gaza.
Taha called on Chile and all countries around the world to sever their ties with the zionist regime in support of liberation and humanitarian justice issues, foremost among them is the Palestinian cause.
Earlier Thursday, Chile’s president refused to accept the credentials of a new israeli Ambassador.
Boric's move came after being angered by the killing of a 17-year-old Palestinian at the hands of the zionist occupation forces in the West Bank. (ILKHA)
