5.1 magnitude strikes Iran’s South Khorasan province
A 5.1 magnitude earthquake happened in Ashgabat city in Khorasan Province, eastern Iran.

The epicenter of the earthquake was 26 km from Ashgabat, 70 km from the city of Tabas, and 74 km from the city of Boshruyeh in South Khorasan Province, according to the Seismological Monitoring Center of the Geophysical Institute of Tehran University
