Construction costs rises by 114.74% annually— Turkey's stats agency
Construction cost index increased by 114.74% annually and by 6.46% monthly, the Turkish Statistical Institute said in a statement on Monday.
In July 2022, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 6.46% compared with previous month and increased by 114.74% compared with the same month of the previous year.
Material index increased by 1.29% and labor index increased by 27.57% compared with the previous month.
Also, material index increased by 126.46% and labor index increased by 83.89% compared with the previous year.
Building construction cost index increased by 110.56% annually and by 7.10% monthly
Building construction cost index increased by 7.10% compared with previous month and increased by 110.56% compared with the same month of the previous year.
Material index increased by 1.77% and labor index increased by 27.76% compared with the previous month.
Also, material index increased by 120.93% and labor index increased by 83.90% compared with the previous year.
Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 129.10% annually and by 4.48% monthly
Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 4.48% compared with previous month and increased by 129.10% compared with the same month of the previous year.
Material index decreased by 0.15% and labor index increased by 26.91% compared with the previous month.
