Al Fatah leader arrives in Ankara on an official visit
The head of Palestine’s Al Fatah Movement Mahmoud Abbas arrived today in the Turkish capital, Ankara, on an official visit at the invitation of the Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Abbas was received by a number of Turkish officials, Arab ambassadors accredited to Turkey, and the Palestinian embassy staff in Ankara.
Abbas is accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Riyad Al-Malki, Head of the General Intelligence Service, Major General Majid Faraj, advisor to the President for religious affairs and Islamic relations, Mahmoud al-Habbash, Diplomatic Advisor to Abbas, Majdi Al-Khaldi, and Ambassador of Palestine to Turkey, Faed Mustafa.
