“The death toll from the bloody massacre of the market in Albab city, east Aleppo has increased to 14 deaths, including 5 children, and more than 30 injuries, including at least 11 children,” the Syria Civil Defense said on Twitter.

“The death toll might increase as the rescue and search operations continue,” it added.

A video posted on social media reportedly from the immediate aftermath of the attack showed pools of blood on the floor as well as strewn bread and overturned fruit and vegetable boxes.

This has been the most horrific massacre of those committed by regime forces in months. (ILKHA)
