Construction costs in Turkey rise by 106.87% annually
In June, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 3.47% compared with previous month and increased by 106.87% compared with the same month of the previous year, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute.
Material index increased by 4.16% and labor index increased by 0.72% compared with the previous month, the agency said.
Also, material index increased by 130.59% and labor index increased by 45.67% compared with the previous year.
Building construction cost index increased by 101.79% annually and by 2.58% monthly
Building construction cost index increased by 2.58% compared with previous month and increased by 101.79% compared with the same month of the previous year.
Material index increased by 3.08% and labor index increased by 0.68% compared with the previous month.
Also, material index increased by 124.22% and labor index increased by 45.38% compared with the previous year.

Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 6.31% compared with previous month and increased by 124.27% compared with the same month of the previous year.
Material index increased by 7.51% and labor index increased by 0.86% compared with the previous month.
