Hamas: israel will pay heavy price for its crime
The Hamas Movement on Friday mourned the martyr Taysir al-Jabari, the commander of the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in northern Gaza Strip, who was killed in an israeli air strike.
The Movement said in a press statement that zionist occupation regime must be held responsible for the repercussions of this brutal aggression.
For his part, Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said: “The Israeli occupation has launched a new escalation against the Gaza Strip, committing a new crime against the Palestinian people and it has to pay the price (for such crimes).”
He stressed that the “Palestinian resistance factions are united in this battle and will not keep silent.”
Spokesman Barhoum said in a press release on Friday evening that the İsraeli crimes will only boost the Palestinian resistance’s strength to defend the Palestinian lands and rights until the full liberation of the Palestinian lands.
Zionist occupation regime launched a series of aerial strikes on various areas of the Gaza Strip earlier Friday, local sources reported.
“The IDF is currently striking in the Gaza Strip. A special situation has been declared on the Israeli home front,” the zionist military said in a statement.
Ten Palestinians, including a 5-year-old child and the Islamic Jihad leader, were killed in the strikes while 65 were wounded. (ILKHA)
