Turkish FM Çavuşoğlu meets with his Russian counterpart in Cambodia
Turkis Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu has met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on sidelines of the Turkiye-ASEAN Fourth Sectoral Dialogue Partnership Trilateral Meeting in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
