Sheikh Khatib calls for intensive Muslim presence at Aqsa next Friday
Sheikh Kamal al-Khatib, deputy head of Islamic Movement in occupied Palestine, has called on the Palestinian masses to intensify their presence at Aqsa Mosque next Friday and to continue defending the Islamic holy site against İsraeli violations.
In a statement on Wednesday, Sheikh Khatib described any effort to defend Occupied Jerusalem and the Aqsa Mosque as an “honor,” stressing that the Arab parties that race to normalize and strengthen their relations with the occupation state do not deserve such honor.
He affirmed that the extremist Jewish settlers became bolder in their daily desecration of the Aqsa Mosque following the Arab normalization deals with the occupation state.
Sheikh Khatib emphasized the importance of performing prayers at the Aqsa Mosque every day, especially on Fridays, to protect it against israeli violations. (ILKHA)
