In its weekly statement, HÜDA PAR addressed US president Biden’s visit to the Middle East and the drought disaster in Uganda.

Biden's visit to Palestine and the rapprochement of Saudi Arabia with the Zionist regime

Referring to the visit of US President Joe Biden to the occupying Zionist regime, HÜDA PAR said: “In his visit to the Zionist regime, US President Biden, who declared that he is the largest Zionist in the world and supported the massacre and destruction of the occupation regime, stated that he advocated a two-state solution in Palestine. Biden started his Middle East visit from the Zionist regime and once again declared that the USA is the biggest power behind the destruction of Palestine.  The USA, which forces the countries of the region to establish relations with the Zionist regime, aims to create puppet regimes that do not speak out against the attacks of the Zionists targeting not only Palestine but the entire region.”

“Before Biden’s visit, Saudi Arabia showed that it was on the way to being a part of this game by opening its airspace to the Zionist regime.  The massacres of the US and its partner Zionist regime, which have brought nothing but blood and destruction to Islamic lands, will be normalized and Islamic lands will be invaded silently. In the process where the conflicts between the countries of the region are postponed and the normalization talks accelerate, this visit aims at a new confrontation and threatens the whole region, especially Beirut and Tehran.  The Muslim public should react against this game that aims at conflict.  It should not be forgotten that unless the occupation regime is expelled from the Palestinian territories, it will spread to the entire region with the support of the USA.”

Drought crisis in Uganda

Noting that more than 200 people lost their lives due to hunger caused by drought this month in northeast Uganda, HÜDA PAR emphasized that the size of global inequality increased dramatically during the coronavirus epidemic and the Russia-Ukraine War.

“In this process, states and peoples became poorer, billionaires increased, and the funds allocated to the needy regions were reduced. Although it has been reported that at least 192 million people in the world are experiencing food shortages and deaths due to malnutrition have increased, it has been noted that adequate funds have not been provided to end the crisis,” HÜDA PAR said.

“Immediate action should be taken to end the global inequality that drags states into poverty like people. The sources of hunger and poverty should be determined, and states should be encouraged to produce, and global cooperation should be made to end acute food insecurity caused by conflict and drought. Otherwise, the humanitarian crisis will grow in size, and diseases caused by malnutrition will cause the death of millions of people,” HÜDA PAR concluded. (ILKHA)
