At least 12 people killed as Russian missiles hit downtown Vinnytsia
At least 12 people, including a child, were killed and 25 others injured after Russian missiles hit a business centre in the city of Vinnytsia in central Ukraine on Thursday.
According to the State Emergency Service, at least 12 people have been killed, including a child, and 25 others injured in the attack.
“Three Russian missiles hit a business centre in the city of Vinnytsia. Casualties among civilians are reported,” Ukrainian Defense Ministry said.
“Ukraine has already suffered almost 3,000 missile strikes. The supply of sufficient amount of the Western anti-missile systems is long overdue,” the Ministry added.
Governor Serhiy Borzov confirmed that there are casualties.
A fire broke out as a result of the attack, local sources reported. (ILKHA)
