Magnitude 4.4 earthquake strikes Georgia
An earthquake of magnitude 4.4 occurred at 7:36 a.m. (GMT+4) 87 km southwest of Tbilisi, Georgia on Monday morning.
The quake hit at a shallow depth of 10 km beneath the epicenter near Tbilisi, K'alak'i T'bilisi, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).
The tremor was also felt in Turkey’s Ardahan province, local sources reported. (ILKHA)
