Erdoğan holds phone call with his Palestinian counterpart
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone call with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
The call, during which the two leaders exchanged Eid al-Adha greetings, addressed the Türkiye-Palestine relations and regional matters, according to the Turkish presidency.
Erdoğan wished for the holy days of Eid to lead to auspicious outcomes for and bring peace, tranquility, and well-being to Palestine, the countries in the region, and the whole Islamic world.
Drawing attention to the importance of unity and solidarity among the Palestinians, Erdoğan noted that he stood ready to provide all kinds of support to this issue, as was the case in other issues. (ILKHA)
