One dead, 20 injured after car drives into crowded shopping area in German capital
One person was killed and eight injured after a driver rammed his car into a crowd of pedestrians in central Berlin on Wednesday.

The driver was detained at the scene after the car ploughed into a shop front along the busy shopping street Tauentzienstrasse, the Berlin Police said in a statement on Twitter.
It was not clear whether the crash was intentional, police added. (ILKHA)
