Turkey’s Efes-2022 exercises start in West Anatolia
Efes-2022 exercises have started with the participation of 37 allied country military units in Turkey’s western Izmir province, the Turkish Defense Ministry announced on Sunday.
The exercise is aimed at improving the level of military skills and combat skills, as well as improving the combat readiness of units of special operations forces.
In addition, participation in maneuvers allows the units to gain experience in the organization of interaction in a particular group of troops.
The international exercises will last until June 9, the Ministry said. (ILKHA)
