Russia-Ukraine war: Another 70 bodies found under the rubble in Mariupol
Around 70 dead bodies were found under the rubble at the territory of the former plant Oktiabr in Mariupol, said Petro Andriushchenko, an advisor to Mariupol city mayor.
“During the analysis of the debris by the Russians on the territory of the former Oktyabr plant in Mariupol, about 70 bodies were found,” Andryushchenko said on Telegram. “The reason is the same - people were trapped in the wreckage of the building after the shelling. The bodies of the victims were packed in plastic bags and taken out for burial in a mass grave in the village of Stary Krym.”
He added that “identification was not carried out, and local residents say that there was not much to identify given the condition of the bodies.” (ILKHA)
