Police shoot, injure would-be suicide bomber in southeastern Turkey
Turkish police shot and injured a would-be attacker who tried to enter the provincial police department in the southeastern city of Gaziantep on Thursday.
“A person who attempted to attack Gaziantep Police Department, saying he was a suicide bomber, was shot and neutralized by our police,” Governor Davut Gül said on Twitter.
“An extensive investigation was launched into the incident,” Gül added. (ILKHA)
