Second-hand sales had 72.6% share of all house sales in Turkey. In January-April period, second hand house sales increased by 29.3% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 322 thousand 263.

In April, 6 thousand 447 houses were sold to foreigners

House sales to foreigners increased by 58.1% in April compared to the same month of the previous year and became 6 thousand 447. House sales to foreigners had 4.8% share of all house sales in April. İstanbul ranked first with 2 thousand 564 sales to foreigners. The followers of İstanbul were Antalya with a thousand 970 house sales and Ankara with 333 house sales to foreigners.

In January-April period, house sales to foreigners increased by 48.9% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 20 thousand 791.

House sales were mostly made to Russia citizens according to nationalities

In April, Russia citizens bought a thousand 152 houses from Turkey. The followers of Russia citizens were Iran citizens with
