Prophet’s Lovers to hold rallies to mark “World Quds Day” across Turkey
The Prophet’s Lovers Foundation will hold rallies across Turkey on Friday to mark “World Quds Day”, which is the last Friday of the month of Ramadan on which demonstrations are held across the world to protest against the occupation of Palestine.
The foundation announced that it will organize rallies following Friday prayers in many cities, including Istanbul and Diyarbakır, to highlight the Palestinian cause as the main issue of the Islamic world and try to remind the oppressed people’s agony to other nations.
“Quds (Jerusalem) and Al Aqsa Mosque are the holy land of Allah (Jella Jelaluhu), the first qibla of Muslims and their 3rd Harem-i Sharif, as well as the ascension point of the Islam’s Holy Prophet, the place of honor and exaltation to the sky. Quds is the symbol of unity and union of all Ummah. The Ummah is honored only with it and lives in captivity without it. If Jerusalem falls, the Ummah will fall,” the foundation said in a statement.
“This cause is the common cause of all Ummah. Jerusalem is as valuable as Mecca and Medina. Jerusalem is the honor, dignity, and sanctity of the Islamic Ummah. All Muslims are obliged to liberate Jerusalem and clear this holy place from the zionist occupation,” the foundation added.
The foundation called on all people to participate in the events to be held on the occasion of the day. (ILKHA)
