At least 16,600 Russian soldiers killed since war began—Ukrainian Defense Ministry
More than 16,600 Russian soldiers have been killed in Ukraine since the aggression began, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Sunday.

Ukraine’s forces destroyed 582 Russian tanks, 121 aircraft, 127 helicopters, and 1,664 armored carriers, according to the statement.
The statement added that Ukrainian forces had destroyed 294 Russian artillery systems.
According to the United Nations, at least 1,104 Ukrainian civilians were killed in Russian attacks.
More than 10 million Ukrainians have been displaced since Russian aggression against the country began. (ILKHA)
