Speaking at the Forum Metaverse, Erdoğan said: “What truly matters in the digital world, as is the case in diplomacy, economy and military, is your own strength. We cannot sleep peacefully or look to the future with confidence without developing our own original technologies and software, or producing original contents.”

Beginning his remarks by wishing a happy Nowruz to the Turkish people and also to all our brothers and sisters living in regions that are dear to Türkiye, Erdoğan said: “Nowruz means new day. We are here today to talk, discuss and share our findings and proposals about Web 3.0, which we can call a new phase or the Nowruz of digital technologies, and the metaverse, the most popular media associated with it.”
