Second hand sales had 70.4% share of all house sales in Turkey. In January-February period, second hand house sales increased by 23.8% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 129 thousand 793.

In February, 4 thousand 591 houses were sold to foreigners

House sales to foreigners increased by 54.9% in February compared to the same month of the previous year and became 4 thousand 591. House sales to foreigners had 4.7% share of all house sales in February. İstanbul ranked first with a thousand 958 sales to foreigners. The followers of İstanbul were Antalya with a thousand 99 house sales and Ankara with 288 house sales to foreigners.

In January-February period, house sales to foreigners increased by 55.6% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 8 thousand 777.

House sales were mostly made to Iran citizens according to nationalities
