Russia hits Ukrainian civilians in Kharkiv
Civilian casualties have been reported after Russian forces carried out a missile attack on the city’s administration on the central square.

Ukrainian officials claimed that the missile attack was an attempt to kill Kharkiv’s governor and his team-leading the defense of the city.
