Magnitude 6.0 earthquake strikes Argentina
A magnitude 6.0 earthquake hit Argentina on Tuesday, the US Geological Survey (USGS) reported.
The epicenter of the earthquake was 58 kilometers (36 miles) west of Abra Pampa, a town in the northwestern Jujuy province, at a depth of 242 kilometers (150 miles), according to the agency.
There were no immediate reports of material damages or casualties after the quake. (ILKHA)
