Zionist police injure 11 Palestinians in Sheikh Jarrah
Zionist police forces attacked Tuesday evening Palestinian residents and activists in the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah as far-right Knesset member Itamar Ben Gvir and other extremist Jewish settlers stormed the area.
While allowing Ben Gvir to open an office in the neighborhood, police forces last night stormed the western area of the neighborhood and wreaked havoc on the office of Jerusalemite activist Mohamed Abul-Hems and assaulted local residents and their supporters.
According to al-Amal medical society, its paramedics provided medical assistance for 11 wounded citizens in Sheikh Jarrah after their exposure to beatings.
Earlier, local residents and activists performed prayers led by Sheikh Ekrima Sabri near the house of the Salem family in the neighborhood.
After they ended the prayers, police forces attacked the participants and activists and forcibly removed them from the area. (ILKHA)
