Hamas: Medical examination reveals cause of elderly Palestinian death is israeli torture
The forensic examination revealed that the cause of death of Omar Asad, 80, was a heart attack caused by torture by zionist occupation forces, Abdul Latif Al-Qanou, a spokesman of Hamas Movement, said in a statement.

Reminding that zionist occupation forces killed the Palestinian citizen a few weeks ago and announced that he had not suffered any torture, Al-Qanou said: “The forensic examination’s results refute the israeli occupation’s claims about the death of the elderly man, as the emerging evidence showed that the Israeli occupation forces tortured and beat him to death. This incident is a new crime added to the israeli occupation’s criminal record.”
“Therefore, we condemn this heinous crime perpetrated by the Israeli occupation, that bears responsibility for torturing the elderly Palestinian citizen to death.”
Al-Qanou called on all human rights and UN organizations to express their commendation of the horrendous action and hold the zionist occupation’s leaders accountable for it, based on the findings stated in the medical report.
He also urged the international community to voice support for Palestinian victims and prevent any similar crimes by the zionist occupation in the future. (ILKHA)
