Dozens of citizens and activists also organized a sit-in outside the Moskobiya detention center in the holy city to demand the release of members from the family of Salhiya and supporters.
On Wednesday, the bulldozers escorted by a large number of police forces stormed Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood after midnight and embarked on demolishing two homes belonging to Mahmoud Salhiya.
Before the demolition, the police forces raided the homes and forcibly evacuated relatives of Salhiya and several activists who were trying to prevent the measure.
The police also assaulted a number of them and arrested six individuals from the family of Salhiya and 20 supporters.
A few days ago, the zionist municipality also demolished five structures belonging to the same family in the holy city. (ILKHA)
