Retail sales volume in Turkey increases by 16.3% on annual basis
Retail sales volume with constant prices (2015=100) increased by 16.3% in November 2021 compared with the same month of previous year, the Turkish Statistical Institute said in a statement on Thursday.
In the same month food, drinks and tobacco sales increased by 8.8%, non-food (except automotive fuel) sales increased by 25.7%, automotive fuel sales increased by 1.0%.

Retail sales volume with constant prices increased by 1.3% in November 2021 compared with the previous month. In the same month food, drinks and tobacco sales increased by 1.7%, non-food (except automotive fuel) sales increased by 2.3%, automotive fuel sales decreased by 2.2%.
Retail turnover increased by 45.5% on annual basis
Retail turnover with current prices increased by 45.5% in November 2021 compared with the same month of previous year. In the same month food, drinks and tobacco sales increased by 35.7%, non-food (except automotive fuel) sales increased by 50.4%, automotive fuel sales increased by 46.9%.
Retail turnover increased by 6.1% on monthly basis
Retail turnover with current prices increased by 6.1% in November 2021 compared with the previous month. In the same month food, drinks and tobacco sales increased by 4.3%, non-food (except automotive fuel) sales increased by 6.6%, automotive fuel sales increased by 7.7%. (ILKHA)
