Turkey construction costs rises by 48.87% annually
The construction cost index increased by 48.87% annually and by 7.94% monthly in Turkey, the Turkish Statistical Institute said in a statement on Tuesday.
In November 2021, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 7.94% compared with previous month and increased by 48.87% compared with the same month of the previous year.
Material index increased by 10.71% and labor index increased by 0.25% compared with the previous month.
Also, material index increased by 60.13% and labor index increased by 22.50% compared with the previous year.
Building construction cost index increased by 48.79% annually and by 7.77% monthly
Building construction cost index increased by 7.77% compared with previous month and increased by 48.79% compared with the same month of the previous year.
Material index increased by 10.54% and labor index increased by 0.26% compared with the previous month.
Also, material index increased by 60.29% and labor index increased by 22.55% compared with the previous year.
Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 49.15% annually and by 8.51% monthly
Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 8.51% compared with previous month and increased by 49.15% compared with the same month of the previous year.
Material index increased by 11.28% and labor index increased by 0.18% compared with the previous month.
Also, material index increased by 59.62% and labor index increased by 22.29% compared with the previous year. (ILKHA)
