Turkey offers condolences to U.S. for New York fire victims
Turkish Foreign Ministry has issued a press release regarding deadly fire in New York.
“We are saddened to learn that many people lost their lives and were injured as a result of a fire that broke out in a building in New York,” the Ministry said.
“We extend our condolences to the American people and the U.S. government and wish a speedy recovery to the injured,” the Ministry added.
On Sunday, at least 19 people, including nine children, died and 32 others were hospitalized after a fire broke out in a residential apartment building in the Bronx in New York City. (ILKHA)
