Hamas prisoners to respond to recent violations in israeli jails
The leadership of the Hamas prisoners has warned the israeli prison service that the Captive Movement would launch a long battle against it in response to its recent repressive measures against prisoners in Damon and Nafha jails.
“We have prepared ourselves for a long and open-ended battle with the israeli prison service,” the High Leading Committee of the Hamas Prisoners said in a statement on Tuesday.
“The dignity of male and female prisoners is above all considerations and we will not allow the prison service to violate it. It is a red line,” the Committee underlined.
Zionist occupation forces on Monday evening violently suppressed and assaulted Palestinian prisoners in Nafha prison after one of them stabbed a jailer to avenge female prisoners in Damon jail, who were exposed recently to physical attacks and arbitrary punitive measures. (ILKHA)
